| Jiffy Splice |

For a quick field repair, or for application specific factory harnessing solutions, the Deutsch Jiffy Splice provides a unique solution for your single line connection needs.
Utilizing the same contact retention system as the rest of the proven Deutsch line of connectors, and surrounded with an environmentally sealed silicone elastomer shell, a Jiffy Splice will ensure a secure and protected connection in even the harshest of environments, yet still allow easy removal and and separation for rework or replacement.
Jiffy Splice connectors require a pin and socket pair and are available in contact sizes 16, 12 and 4 for power requirements up to 100 amps continuous and wire sizes up to AWG 6. |

| Sealing Plugs |

In situations where the harness design requires that not all of the plug or socket cavities are being used, inserting sealing plugs into the empty cavities maintains the weather resistance characteristics of the finished assembly.
Sealing Plugs can be used in place of either solid or stamped and formed contacts, and are available in sizes to fit all Deutsch connector series and connection accessories.
Sealing plugs will fit in both plug and socket cavities, and you need one for each unwired cavity in your assembly. |

| Dust Caps for DT Series Plugs |

Dust caps offer an easy and economical solution to protect DT series plugs from physical damage and harsh environmental conditions.
The caps have mounting lugs to allow easy attachment, and the plug snaps securely into the cap to protect the connection surfaces when disconnected from the appropriate receptacle. |

| Protective Backshells for DT Series Connectors |

The Deutsch DT series backshells are designed to snap on to all the standard (without end caps) DT series connectors. The innovative design of the backshell accommodates several different sizes of slit or unslit convoluted tubing, sleeved cable bundles or unbundled loose wires.
The backshells are available for both plugs and receptacles, in either straight or right angle configurations. Backshells with an internally molded in strain relief are also available. |

Mounting Hardware |

The lockwashers, panel nuts and rugged gaskets are designed to aid in mounting the HD30 and HDP20 Series connectors.
The lockwashers are used to add tension between the threads and the nut to provide a secure mount. The lockwasher and the panel nut should be used together.
The rugged high quality neoprene gaskets form a tight seal between the panel face and connector flange to help keep out destructive elements. Rated to operate in environments from -70°F to +225°F.
