The components are molded from flame retardant and impact resistant materials, and the silicone gaskets and precision construction produce a weather resistant seal that will last for years, yet can be easily disassembled for rework of the assembly when necessary.

Deutsch DT Series Installer Kit |
Over 250 pieces of genuine Deutsch DT Series connectors, ranging in size from 2 to 12 contacts, including Sealing Plugs, Extraction Tool and assorted Mounting Brackets in a strong steel divider case with plenty of room for additional products. The DT Series kits are an ideal way to quickly stock up on the most common and widely used Deutsch DT connector system products, and to have an on-hand connector assortment for a variety of harness construction and repair needs.
The DT Series Kits are available with or without the HDT-48-00 crimping tool, and with either gray or black plugs and receptacles.

| DTM Series Connector Kits |

Deutsch DTM Series of transportation connectors feature a miniature contact with an enhanced design based on the world class, field-proven Deutsch "DT" Series. The DTM is the connector to be used in harsh environmental applications where reliable signal circuits are critical to operating performance. Typical applications include on or around the engine, the transmission and under the hood. In fact, everywhere data signals or critical electronic circuits go, the field proven Deutsch design of the DTM will provide reliable peak connector performance.
The low cost, size 20 contacts terminate AWG 16 to 24 gauge wire (0.2mm2). Closed entry socket (female) contacts featuring spring action fingers are protected by a stainless steel hood. This allows for positive axial alignment while mating and prevents probe damage during testing.
The new DTM offers reliability and performance in a connector that fits everyone’s budget.

| DTHD/DTP Series High Power Connector Kits |

Deutsch developed the DTHD Series for applications requiring an environmentally sealed, single power circuit termination. The plug features an integral coupling latch that provides tactile and audible feedback during coupling. The thermoplastic receptacle is designed as an inline for cable to cable applications and has an integral Vee-Groove to accept mounting clips, brackets and flanges. Crimp -type solid contact sizes 4,8 and 12 accept wire sizes AWG 6, AWG 8, AWG 10, AWG12 and 14 respectively.

DTP Series connectors offer the proven reliability and quality of Deutsch's DT Series, combined with the added flexibility of using power contacts. They are environmentally sealed and come in two and four pin arrangements. Available in-line or flange mounted and are able to handle 25 amps continuous. |

Deutsch DTHD/DTP Series Installer Kit |
Over 100 pieces of genuine Deutsch DTHD and DTP Series connectors, including Sealing Plugs, Extraction Tools and Mounting Brackets in a strong steel divider case with plenty of room for additional products. These high power application connectors are engineered to withstand severe environmental conditions and to accommodate up to AWG 6 connections and power needs up 100 amps continuous while providing safe and secure connectivity.
The DTHD/DTP Series Kits are available with or without the HDT-48-00 and HDT-04-08 crimping tools. The HDT-04-08 crimper is provided with complete die sets for both size 4 and size 8 solid contacts. |

With rear insert towards you, snap appropriate
size extractor tool over the wire of
contact to be removed. |
Slide the tool along the insert cavity until it
engages contact and resistance is felt.

Grasp the wire and extraction tool and gently
pull both straight out of the connector.

The Jiffy Splice connector uses the Deutsch Common Contact system and positive locking engineering to provide an easy, weatherproof and accessible inline splice protected by a silicone elastomer sleeve.
Jiffy Splice connections are strong and reliable, yet allow for repeated disconnection whenever necessary. Weather resistant seals mean connections can be made without messy tape or liquid sealants.
