DuraFlex Pro Hose Cover

The tightly woven Nylon® makes Dura-Flex (DF) the perfect solution for hose & cable protection. The .09 inch wall thickness will protect cables, hoses and ropes from weather, sunlight and abrasion damage. When installed over uncoated cable or chains, DF will prevent scraping, chafing and contact damage to painted or other fragile surfaces. DF is resistant to chemicals, UV damage and rot, and is suitable for continuous outdoor use under all weather conditions. The flexible sleeving cuts with a scissor and the tight construction slides easily over any application. DF contains no asbestos and is RoHS compliant.

Splice Free Spooling

Some splices are normal during the braiding process. Usually, not more than one or two splices will be on any given spool. Ordering splice-free spools guarantees the maximum continuous yield on your spools. This option is suggested when ordering large lengths of sleeving or for important and precise projects.

Cutting With Scissors

To ensure a frayless, professional end on any installation, it is recommended that Dura Flex be cut with scissors. We offer a wide variety of Scissors for different applications, including Kevlar sheers, General Purpose Scissors, and folding scissors.

Terminating with Cale Ties

For a secure and protective end to your Dura Flex applications, use Cable Ties to ensure that your sleeving stays in place and does not allow outside contaminants to be trapped inside. Cable Ties are economical and easy to install, and provide termination solutions in the field with a professional appearance on any application. Multiple types of Cable Ties are available depending on your specific needs and budget.

Why Use Braided Sleeving?

We believe sleeving is the best of all worlds when it's time to deal with harnesses, snakes and bundles, and we want to convince you that some type of sleeving will be the perfect balance of economy, ease of use and long term usability for your applications. Unlike other products designed for cable management, expandable sleeving is quick and economical to install on applications of virtually any length. In addition, the reduced weight and volume of sleeving is negligible to the overall diameter and weight of the application. The visual appeal of braided sleeving is an important factor as well. Many companies and individuals the world over use Techflex brand braided sleeving for their wires, tubes, cords, and more. For professional applications, home installations, and even arts and crafts projects, Techflex braided sleeving is your best solution!
