These Hillsdale Terminal Wire Ferrules are Tin plated copper to resist corrosion and are excellent for tons of electrical installations creating a solid connection with 100% contact. Applications where ferrules are not used often suffer from loose strands fanning out and not connecting which could cause the wire to short out. With all of your wire strands encased and crimped together within a ferrule, a better connection is made for perfect uninterrupted current flow. They also give your applications a much cleaner, professional look.

What Is A Wire Ferrule?

Wire ferrules are small metal or plastic sleeves that are crimped onto the end of a stranded wire to provide a secure and reliable electrical connection. They are often used in industrial and commercial applications where a large number of wires need to be connected.

The ferrule is inserted into the terminal block or connector and crimped onto the wire using a special tool. This compresses the ferrule onto the wire, creating a tight and secure connection that is less prone to damage from vibration or movement.
