Spool and product management is now simpler and more efficient than ever. The Techflex® Retail Spool allows easy control of sleeving inventories and provides a controlled system of neatly dispensing directly from the spools. This spool fits neatly into the Techflex® Display Rack, this rack is constructed from tough ABS plastic, with plenty of room for a wide range of products. The spools simply drop into the preformed slots and turn freely for dispensing. Full visibility and access ensures easy management of remaining inventory and simple drop-in replacement of empty spools.

Why Should I Use A Techflex® Spool Rack?

What Products Can I Store On My Spool Rack?

The best part of the Techflex® Display Rack is its versatility. Any sleeving (or other material such as heat shrink tubing or wire) that can be spooled onto the Techflex® Retail or Shop Spools can be stored & dispensed using this rack. The rack can accommodate 6 shop spools (5 5/8” x 3”) and 9 retail spools (5 5/8” x 2”) which can be purchased separately on Wirecare.com. Please note that Techflex® Mini Spools do not fit into this display.

Slot Wall Spool Rack Installation

Step 1: Insert screws in the Z Plate.

Step 2: Install plates on a Slot Wall

Step 3: Mount the rack, Aligning the screws.

Step 4: Install nuts.

Step 5: Display the rack on a Slot Wall.

Grid Wall Spool Rack Installation

Step 1: Insert screws through a Grid Wall hook into the back of the display rack.

Step 2: Install the nuts.

Step 3: Hang the display rack on the Grid Wall.

Standard Wall Spool Rack Installation

Step 1: Screw your display rack to a standard wall through the provided mounting holes.

Step 2 (Optional): You can also add anchors for extra support.
