WireCare.com accepts Purchase Orders from our approved, USA-based customers. Our account terms are Net 30 days. To obtain an account please send the following information:
- Your Company's Dun & Bradstreet Number (D&B)
- 1 Bank and 3 Trade References
- Your Initial Purchase Order
Please fax this information to our Accounting Department at(973)-300-9048. Our Accounting Dept. will process your application upon receipt. It can take up to one week to process an application. Once we have made the decision, we will contact you and let you know the status of your account. If you need an order expedited, please let us know and we will assist you as best we can.
Once your company has been approved for credit you will be able to fax or email us Purchase Orders. Please fax them to(973)-300-9048or email them firstname.lastname@example.org.
**At this time we are unable to extend credit terms to our internationally based customers, however we do have other payment options available.
Alternative payment methods: major credit cards, check, money order, PayPal, Google Wallet or wire transfer.

Sales Tax Information
- In most cases your product will be shipped directly to your from our warehouse in New Jersey
- We do not charge sales tax on our orders that ship to addresses located outside of the state of New Jersey.
- Orders shipped to customers in New Jersey will be charged applicable sales tax.
- International customers are responsible for any VAT or other tariffs. WireCare.com does not charge any VAT on international orders. Additionally, WireCare.com will not provide any "dummy invoices" to any international customer.
If you have a defective item or if the wrong product was shipped to you please notify us immediately. We do our very best to insure the quality of the products we sell on WireCare. We have partnered with the top manufacturers and carry the best and most reliable brands in the industry.
Returns for quality reasons are taken very seriously and will be handled quickly. Contact us by phone at(973)300-9782 for a Return Material Authorization number, (RMA). Credit will not be issued for any returns without a RMA number.
If material has been ordered incorrectly we will do our very best to assist you.
However, all braided sleeving and heat shrink tubing orders for 25 feet or less will not be refunded.
Full spools of 25 feet and larger, and unused tools may be returned for credit. See chart for restocking fees:

In stock items will ship in 24 to 48 hours. In most cases, however, if you place an order before 2:00pm ET and the requested item(s) are in stock, it will ship from our warehouse the same day. Whereas, if an item on your order needs to be drop-shipped from one of our suppliers, we’ll make sure that it ships out as quickly as possible, typically within 2 days. Please do not hesitate to call one of our Customer Care Consultants if you require special shipping options.
We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose FedEx or US Mail (US only). Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.
- Estimated delivery time.
- A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.
- Choosing UPS Next Day Air applies to weekday deliveries only! If you require the UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery please call Customer Service.
- A signature may be required upon delivery (depending on your location and at the discretion of the FedEx delivery driver). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from FedEx.
US Postal Service (US only)
- USPS orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day the order is placed!
- USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up.
- Delivery times vary by destination, and is not guaranteed.
- Tracking of packages have some limitations
All Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, and are based on the size and weight of your items, their destination, and which shipping method you choose. These shipping rates are quoted directly from our shipping calculators. We do everything we can to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. WireCare.com does not make a profit from shipping. WireCare.com ships product all over the world via both UPS and FedEx. Please keep in mind that when you place an international order, you are responsible for all applicable duty and taxes.

Please be aware that Heatshrink Printing orders will be processed in the order in which they are recieved. Most of these orders require at least 3 to 5 days in production before shipping. However, we will do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Note: Selecting a faster shipping method does not speed up the production time - just the shipping time.
