Yes, you do need an account to order from us. If you already have an account, please login. If you are a new customer, please create an account.

In the United States, WireCare accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. International customers must pay via Wire Transfer until a relationship has been established.

To place an order, go to the product category that contains the item that you are looking for and narrow down your choices by picking the features that are important.

Once you are down to the product(s) that you want, scroll down to the item, click on the item you would like to purchase and add it to your cart.

Continue shopping in this manner until you have everything that you need. When you are ready to checkout, click the Cart icon at the top right of the website, above the search bar.

We will then ask you to either 'Create an Account' (New Users) or login. Once you have completed this process you will be back on the website home page.

Click the cart button and you will enter the checkout page. Continue with the checkout process.

Once you see the 'Thank You for Your Order' page, your order has been placed.

If you are an exempt customer you will need to provide us with a resale certificate or exemption certificate for the state where the items will be shipped. Certificates can be emailed or faxed to our customer service department.

Hopefully this never happens, but in the instance that is does, please contact our customer service department and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. If the item you received was damaged you will be given a full refund or exchange. Missing items will be shipped to you immediately.

All orders placed online must use a CC or PayPal account. All customers set up on Net30 Terms need to send in a PO to have the order manually entered by one of our Customer Care Consultants. If you are interested in setting your terms, please click below to get started.

At the checkout process, you will come to a screen that is titled 'Wirecare.com Order Checkout'. On the left side of the screen in the box labeled, 'Step 1: Review Your Order Info' you will see an area on the bottom for your PO Number. Enter whatever information is needed to reference your PO. Whatever you enter into this field will show up in your order confirmation, packing list and invoice.

If you happen to order an out-of-stock item, you will be notified by email that the item you purchased is not in stock and will need to be back-ordered. In the email, we will give you a lead time and approximate ship date.

We ship all our WireCare.com Products from our warehouse located in NW New Jersey. Our Third party items ship directly from their respective manufacturers located throughout the country.

While checking out, if you notice a specific carrier is not listed as an option, please contact our customer service department. Typically, this is due to typographical error or omission while entering the shipping address. Please make sure to check the address thoroughly to make sure all information is correct.

WireCare.com stocked items will generally ship the same day as long as the order was placed before 2pm and does not require additional processing time (spooling, printing, etc). Depending on your location, you will receive your shipment within 3-7 business days.

Third party items ship directly from the manufacturer and will usually be shipped within 7-14 days.

For USPS, use USPS Tracking.
For UPS, use UPS Tracking.
For FedEx, use FedEx Tracking.

If you have a UPS or FedEx shipping account that you would like to use for your order, please contact our customer service department and we will gladly assist you.

WireCare.com warrantees any product purchased against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any product determined by WireCare.com to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to us will, at WireCare.com's option, be repaired, replaced or the purchase price including shipping refunded.
