Manifold Hinged Fittings

This innovative two-piece 5-way fitting is formed from two identical snap-together half shells, creating a durable and versatile solution for connecting Harnessflex® conduit systems. Manufactured from high-performance Polyamide (Nylon) 66, it offers excellent pull-off strength, very high UV resistance, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. Designed for easy installation, each outlet is clearly labelled with the nominal conduit size, while multi-outlet functionality allows several conduits to connect to a single fitting. The fitting is IP40 rated, self-extinguishing, halogen free, and features low smoke toxicity, making it ideal for demanding applications. Certain outlets can also be blanked off using BPST08, BCH12, or BCH20 accessories.
