ZyClear Marine High Gloss and Corrosion protecting clear coat is formulated for the rigorous marine environment on deck, below the water line and in the engine room. ZyClear clear coat reduces the hundreds of hours spent by deck hands polishing and re-polishing stain less steel, chrome and other metal. railings, ladders, and trim. Reapplication may be necessary every 120 days. ZyClear is a hard (9.0 on pencil scale) and durable coating. This clear coat provides outstanding corrosion protection and achieves 3400 consecutive hours of environmental salt spray testing. ZyClaer is a thin film, 6-10 microns applied clear coating that provides anti-oxidation and UV protection properties.   You achieve very efficient coverage with over 23 square feet of surface area coverage per ounce. Therefore an 8-ounce bottle will cover over 800 feet of deck railing.  Apply as a single stage liquid coating on all metal or polished surfaces.   ZyClear also blocks oxidation of aluminum providing a lasting and durable finish.   ZyClear fully air cures in 60 minutes.    Simply wipe off fingerprints and water stains with a micro-fiber towel.

Usage and Application Information:

• A 4 oz can of ZyBarcoats a set of manifolds or turbo housing.
• Prep the component surface, spray on and air dry (5 days) or oven cure (450 F for 2 hours)
• Single formula with no mixing, no thinning or catalyzing required
• An experienced paint sprayer can expect is 8.1 Square feet per ounce at 1.2 mil (.0012) thickness
