Amphenol AT Series Project Packs give you everything needed to build or repair professional connector assemblies in one convenient kit. Each pack includes matched plug and receptacle housings, wedgelocks, and copper alloy contacts pre-selected for your chosen pin count, with crimper-included options available for a complete all-in-one solution. AT Series connectors are IP68/IP69K rated in mated condition, with high-temperature silicone seals, an integral latching system, and UV-resistant thermoplastic housings built for heavy duty transportation, marine, agricultural, military, and alternative energy applications.

WireCare® offers AT Series Project Packs in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12 position configurations for 14-20 AWG wire, along with ATM Series packs for smaller 16-22 AWG applications rated up to 7.5A, and ATP Series packs for heavier 10-14 AWG wire with size 12 contacts rated up to 25A. All variants are compatible with existing standard products industry-wide, making them a practical choice for both new builds and field repairs.

AT Series™ connectors are a high-performance, cost-effective solution able to be used in a variety of interconnect applications: Heavy Duty, Transportation, Marine, Diagnostic, Military, Alternative Energy and Agricultural. They contain superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities.The connector design incorporates an integral latching system that ensures a definitive electrical and mechanical connection. Connector housings are manufactured with a thermoplastic material that is not only durable, but has excellent UV resistance, dielectric/mechanical properties and environmentally RoHS compliant. The sealing system is comprised of front and rear silicone seals, multi-sealing perimeter against environmental ingress. Contacts are derived from quality copper alloy to ensure an electrically-reliable connection.

AT Connectors are compatible with existing standard products industry-wide.

General Product Specifications

• Submersion: Wired and mated connection will withstand immersion under three feet of water without loss of electronic qualities or leakage.
• Fluid Resistance: Connectors show no damage when exposed to most fluids used in industrial application.
• Vibration: No unlocking or unmating. Exhibits no mechanical or physical damage after sinusoidal vibration levels of 20G’s at 10 to 2000 Hz in each of the three mutually perpendicular planes. No electrical discontinuities longer than 1 microsecond.
• Temperature: Operative at temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. Continuous at rated current.
• Durability: No electrical or mechanical defects after 100 cycles of engagement and disengagement.
• Connector Retention: A mated connector subjected to a pulling force by the exiting wire bundle at 25 lbs. times the number of contacts to a maximum of 100 lbs. applying load for 30 seconds
• Thermal Shock: Subjected to 10 cycles at -55°C to +125°C with no cracking, chipping or other damage detrimental to the normal operation of the connector
• Drop Test: Shall not become detached or loosened when placed at 750mm and dropped to concrete eight times.
