The Checkers MC4011 Ultra-Class Mining Wheel Chock is a heavy-duty safety solution engineered for ultra-class mining vehicles, capable of securing haul trucks weighing up to 1.6 million lbs (800 tons). As the lightest ultra-class mining chock available, it is 23% lighter than its predecessor at just 27 lbs, enabling safer one-person handling and installation while meeting NIOSH lifting guidelines. Its ergonomic design features an easy-grip external handle, optimized balance, and a compact footprint that is 7.5 inches shorter than comparable products, improving maneuverability and ease of use. Rigorously tested on 10% grades and designed to match specific wheel geometries, the MC4011 delivers reliable holding power for the mining industry’s largest vehicles.

Constructed from durable HDPE, it resists oils, fuels, solvents, abrasions, and extreme weather, while meeting OSHA and MSHA requirements. Ideal for mines, quarries, and large-scale operations, the MC4011 helps improve safety, reduce injury risks, minimize replacement costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Replacement handles and brackets are available separately, and a non-bracket version (MC4011-NB) is offered for vehicles with existing chock mounts.
