SuperFlex™ Tubing

SuperFlex™ is specifically designed for the welding industry. In the past, weld gas tubing has been manufactured from natural gum rubber, which typically has inconsistent quality and is prone to impurities and dry rot.

SuperFlex™ is different. We use a high purity synthetic thermoplastic rubber to manufacture our weld gas tubing. The result is the purest weld gas and coolant tubing on the market. The high-purity synthetic-thermoplastic rubber liner material is bonded to a high abrasion, close-braid covering which gives the tubing a high pressure rating and also protects it from UV, heat exposure, and abrasion. The liner material is recommended for inert gases, ground wires, and coolant fluids

Product Benefits & Applications

High-Purity Media Transfer: The synthetic thermoplastic rubber liner helps maintain gas purity and avoids many of the contamination concerns associated with traditional natural rubber hoses. Techflex describes it as producing some of the purest weld gas and coolant tubing available.

High Pressure Capacility: The close-braid nylon reinforcement increases pressure resistance while maintaining flexibility, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Resistance To Dry Rot: Traditional natural gum rubber hoses can deteriorate over time through drying and cracking. SuperFlex's synthetic construction offers improved durability and service life.
