This kis has a variety of Weld Mount parts designed to give the user the chance to try the system at a low cost. The kit comes with a dispensing gun and mixing tips as well as the AT-8040 No Slide Multi Bonder Acrylic Adhesive which will bond to almost all surfaces except low energy palstic or rubber. The adhesive sets in 12 minutes.

We supply wire tie mounts, hose and cable clamps, studs, standoffs and floating nut plates. All our fasteners can be mounted with our unique, no-slide acrylic adhesives. These adhesives hold the parts in place on a vertical or overhead surface, providing a permanent high-strength bond, as well as our many other adhesive choices.

Fasteners: Weld Mount's selection of fasteners is designed to be adhesively bonded to almost any substrate. We offer wire tie mounts, hose and cable clamps, studs, standoffs and floating nut plates. Wire Tie Mounts & Strap Mounts: Weld Mount offers a wide variety of wire tie mount attachment options to solve any wire management challenge. We make these fasteners from a variety of materials to suit different application and load requirements. All of these fasteners can be mounted with our unique, no-slide acrylic adhesives. These adhesives hold the parts in place on a vertical or overhead surface while gathering working strength, providing a permanent high-strength bond. Weld Mount offers a complete line of Stainless-Steel Studs to meet any attachment point challenge.

Standoffs, Nut Plates, &smp; Fasteners: We offer wire tie mounts, hose and cable clamps, studs, standoffs and floating nut plates. All our fasteners are mounted with our unique no-slide acrylic adhesives which hold the parts in place on a vertical or overhead surface, providing a permanent high strength bond.

Cable & Hose Clamps: Weld Mount clamps are available as single or double units. Each is designed to be mounted using our ¼" x 20 Weld Mount studs. The charts below detail the studs required for each size of clamp. The clamps are manufactured of black polypropylene and are temperature rated for -22 to +194 degrees F continuous service. These clamps are available at a per-piece price with no minimum quantities or at a reduced price based on the purchase of bag quantities. Other sizes are available. Maximum hose OD is 1 inch.

Adhesives: The heart of the Weld Mount System is our acrylic adhesives, specifically formulated to be used with our pieces. They are high strength/high viscosity structural methacrylates with incredible strength in both tensile and in shear. We have a range of different adhesives depending on your application requirements. All adhesives are in B-System Cartridges, meaning the nozzle is designed to prevent cross-contamination. This allows for repeated use of a partially emptied cartridge.
