Rubber Fab Double Pin Sanitary Hinge Clamps are designed for larger diameter Tri-Clamp® connections where a single pin design may not provide sufficient stability or clamping force. The dual pin hinge construction distributes load more evenly around the ferrule connection, making them the preferred choice for 1-1/2" through 6" sanitary pipeline connections in food, dairy, beverage, biotech, and pharmaceutical processing facilities. Like the single pin version, they are constructed from 304 stainless steel and feature a cross-hole wing nut for quick hand-tightening without tools.

The double pin design is especially well suited for larger process lines where gasket seating consistency and clamp stability during operation are critical — the additional pin prevents the clamp from shifting or rocking under vibration or pressure fluctuations. Available in six sizes from 1-1/2" through 6", they are a direct, reliable upgrade for larger diameter sanitary connections where you need the security of a more robust clamp without sacrificing the ease of assembly that a hinge clamp provides.
