Rubber Fab Smart Gasket Thermocouple Clamp
Rubber Fab Smart Gasket Clamps are purpose-built to work with Rubber Fab's Smart Gasket® lineup, combining a standard Tri-Clamp® hinge clamp with integrated thermocouple ports machined directly into the clamp body. This allows temperature sensors, biological indicators, or other instrumentation probes to be introduced at the clamp connection itself — eliminating the need for additional tees or fittings in the pipeline and reducing both system complexity and potential leak points. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and available in a gold identifier finish for easy inline visual identification, these clamps are designed for biotech, pharmaceutical, and high-purity food and beverage processing applications where inline monitoring is critical.
Available in nominal sizes from 1/2" through 4", with 1, 2, 3, or 4 port configurations depending on the size selected, the lineup gives process engineers precise control over how many instrumentation access points are built into each clamp connection. Biological Indicator Hinge Clamp versions are also available for sampling and sterility validation applications. Pairing these clamps with Rubber Fab Smart Gaskets creates a fully integrated, hygienic instrumentation solution at any Tri-Clamp® connection in your sanitary pipeline.
