FCI Automotive Apex Connector Interfaces

Harnessflex offers complete system solutions for the routing and protection of electrical wiring against damage by mechanical abrasion, liquid ingress and corrosion salts. Using a Harnessflex conduit system ensures that vulnerable connectors are not exposed to the elements, impact of foreign bodies or jet washing, all of which can cause vehicle malfunction and failure.

Single junction, straight and 90° elbow interfaces providing high integrity connections between FCI Apex connectors or Junior timer connectors and Harnessflex conduit systems. These interfaces are designed to snap together over all types of slit and unslit conduit, maintaining maximum conduit bore. In addition, 90° elbow versions allow the conduit to swivel 360° around the connector housing.

TEMPERATURE: -40ºC to 120ºC

MATERIAL: Polyamide (Nylon) 66

FITTING ANGLES: 90° or Straight

CONDUIT DIAMETERS: 8, 12, 16, or 25mm
